Nearly 1,000 people attended the third national Reclaiming Vacant Properties conference was held October 13-15, 2010 at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel. While the issues of vacancy, abandonment, and foreclosure have had a profound effect on the well-being of the country’s neighborhoods and residents, these forces have mobilized people to create new partnerships and develop innovative efforts to turn the tide toward prosperity.
