More Than Just An Eyesore: Local Insights and Solutions on Vacant Land And Urban Health

This study, published by the Journal of Urban Health, examines how vacant land can negatively impact the health and safety of residents. After conducting interviews with residents living in Philadelphia, researchers concluded that there were higher rates of reported depression, anxiety and fear among those living near vacant land.
