HOUSING We’re proud to be holding the conference at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans (601 Loyola Avenue) in the heart of downtown. For more than five years after Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans residents have eagerly awaited the reopening of the fully renovated, state-of-the-art “new” hotel, opening this fall. Anchoring the Sports and Entertainment district and a short walk to the French Quarter and Riverfront, this hotel will have it all. And we’re keeping watch on the new Loyola Avenue Streetcar line, set to open right out front in 2012! Reservations should be made directly with the Hyatt Regency. To take advantage of the special conference rate, be sure to mention the Reclaiming Vacant Properties conference and make your reservations by 5/30/2012. After this date the official reservation block will be released and the hotel may charge higher rates.
