Pennsylvania Land Bank Legislation

Statewide land bank enabling legislation was introduced in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives by House Urban Affairs Chairman Chris Ross (R-Chester County) and Rep. John Taylor (R-Philadelphia County) on June 16.

Community Progress President Dan Kildee and State Policy Director Leslie Powell testified before the legislature in April 2011 on the effectiveness of a land banking bill.
