Community Progress is working throughout the state of Michigan. In many cases we are working with counties to undergo a strategic planning process for new land bank authorities, and to help develop their policies and programs. These include Detroit, Charlevoix County, Oceana County, Jackson County, Grand Traverse County, St. Claire County, Kent County, Dickinson County, and Midland County.

We also have a significant focus in the city of Flint. As home to Community Progress’s corporate office, we are working on numerous projects in the city, including assistance with real estate development, NSP development, and working with on the ground programs.
