Chelsea was also an Urban Fellow through Leadership Rochester.

Chelsea received a Master of Arts in Public Policy with a focus in Philosophy and Social Policy from The George Washington University, where her coursework focused on urban policy and urban sustainability. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Rochester. Chelsea is presently based in Washington, D.C., but is proud to have been born and raised in Rochester, New York, where the snow is only sometimes as bad as you think it is.
