2015 Impact Report
2015 was an exciting year at Center for Community Progress, and in this impact report, we highlight the 2015 Reclaiming Vacant Properties Conference, which drew over 1,100 changemakers to Detroit, Michigan, learn about the transformative change happening in High Point, North Carolina, following their participation in the Community Progress Leadership Institute, and share updates from the Technical Assistance Scholarship Program awardee, Gary, Indiana. 2014 Impact Report
In this impact report, we are excited to share three of these stories from our work. Atlanta, Georgia; Huntington, West Virginia; and Flint, Michigan, each deployed fresh approaches to help stabilize, and revitalize, struggling neighborhoods. It was a privilege to assist these and dozens of other communities in 2014.
2013 Annual Report
In our 2013 annual report we highlight a few stories from the last year that reflect our mission in action: from supporting the nascent land banking movement in Pennsylvania, to shaping federal investment in Michigan, to supporting the analysis of tax lien sales in upstate New York. We also provide brief highlights from our other work around the country.
2012 Annual Report
We are pleased to report on key accomplishments from 2012, which include coalition-building, outreach and education in 18 states, launching the Building American Cities Toolkit, convening hundreds through two national conferences – the Reclaiming Vacant Properties Conference and the Land Bank Conference - and convening the Community Progress Leadership Institute.

Our 2011 annual report – our first as an organization – documents both the practical assistance we bring to the table for communities in need, and a series of powerful examples of the kinds of sweeping transformations that our work has produced on the ground since our founding.
